These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Frederick Alonzo Realty website at frederickalonzorealty.com (the "Site") and any related services we provide, including SMS messaging communications. By using the Site or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms.

Frederick Alonzo Realty is operated by Frederick Alonzo, a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Remax Champions in the State of Florida. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to Frederick Alonzo Realty.

4. Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request via our form does not create a real estate agency relationship. Agency relationships are formed only upon execution of a written agreement consistent with Florida real estate law.

5. SMS Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our consultation form, you agree to the following terms:

  • Program Description: Frederick Alonzo Realty operates an SMS program providing real estate market updates, property listings, consultation scheduling, and informational messages.
  • Consent: You expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages, including messages sent using automated technology, at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 2-4 messages per month.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. We are not responsible for these charges.
  • Carriers: Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • HELP / STOP: Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, unless you re-subscribe.
  • Re-Opt-In: If you wish to resume receiving messages after opting out, you may text START to our number or submit a new consultation form with SMS consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We never share your SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties for marketing purposes.
